The 15-Minute Volume
The 15-minute city goes vertical. Everything you need is not just within a short walk but a short hop — by foot, by pod, and for the first time, by air. Distance stops being measured in kilometres and starts being measured in minutes, in three dimensions.
The Self-Balancing District
A neighbourhood that produces, stores and trades its own energy in real time. When a heatwave hits, it pools its shade and stored power to protect its most vulnerable streets — before anyone asks it to. The district behaves less like a backdrop and more like a living system.
The Last Parking Lot
When cars no longer need storing, half the asphalt in the city is suddenly free. We watch it transform in real time: some becomes housing, some becomes forest, and some keeps its solar canopies — now a power plant with no car beneath it.
The Rooftop Port
The vertiport isn't a glamorous airport in the sky — it's as ordinary as a bus stop, woven into the same rooftop that generates the power the aircraft runs on. A medical sample crosses the city in four minutes. Goods arrive in objects sized to the task.
